Antioxidants
Anthocyanins — the pigments in blueberry skin — are the fruit’s main antioxidants. A wild Mongolian berry is small, so more of each gram is skin than in a large farmed highbush blueberry.

Origin
High in the forests of northern Mongolia, Mongolian blueberries grow without rows, irrigation, or sprays — small berries with a deeper color and a sharper, truer taste than anything cultivated. Local pickers hand-harvest them at peak ripeness, and we freeze-dry the fruit so the forest arrives in your kitchen as powder: 100% organic, non-GMO, vivid, fragrant, and intact.

The method
Hand-picked berries are frozen, then the ice is drawn away under vacuum. What remains is the fruit itself — color, aroma, and a crystalline texture — milled into powder. No maltodextrin. No flavoring. No added sugar. One ingredient.
The powder
Not a dusty mix — freeze-dried shards of hand-picked wild fruit that catch the light. Stir it and the color blooms instantly, the way only real, 100% organic berries do.

Why wild
Regular blueberry powder is usually cultivated fruit grown for size and sweetness. Mongolian blueberries grow uncultivated — smaller, darker, and typically richer in antioxidants per gram because so much of the berry is skin. This is food, not a medicine, and we do not print lab numbers we have not measured on this harvest. What Mongolian blueberries are.
Anthocyanins — the pigments in blueberry skin — are the fruit’s main antioxidants. A wild Mongolian berry is small, so more of each gram is skin than in a large farmed highbush blueberry.
The same fruit carries what blueberries are known for: vitamin C, vitamin K, and manganese. Freeze-drying takes the water out without cooking, so a teaspoon is concentrated wild berry.
A rounded teaspoon in cold water makes a vivid juice — the simplest way to drink it, nothing else in the glass. The color that blooms is the same skin-rich fruit.
In the kitchen
A rounded teaspoon in a glass of cold water — a sharp, violet juice, and the most direct way to drink it. Or fold the same spoon into a smoothie.
Stir through thick yogurt or warm porridge. The powder blooms into a deep violet and a clean, wild-berry finish.
Fold into muffins, frostings, or a simple lemonade. One pouch is twenty servings of concentrated fruit.
From the kitchen
Eight recipes built around the powder — whisk a spoon into a little liquid first, and it turns everything a deep violet.
